This strip is 100% totally I'm-using-characters-I-don't-own powered. The one on the left you already know, a side character from Dilbert : www.dilbert.com
The second is Frazz, as you could read last week. He is the main character of the comic strip Frazz : www.comics.com/comics/frazz/
This strip is very good, plus it's intelligent. My favorite with Arlo and Janis who is the same kind.

Frazz is very hard to draw. Because the style is all "loosy". In fact, I think the width of the line is very important. I changed the width only at the last panel and I think it's the one that is the closest to the author style.

*Hey!* Do you see the ranks in the vote buttons on the left? They rocks! And it's thanks to you! (I also vote for me but... :p). Keep voting more and more, soon, Geek's World will be the most known webcomic in da world! Megatokyo and PvP already fear it and sent me threat letters. Microsoft wanna buy the copyright. Google want a banner on the site. Lucas want to make a movie. Celine Dion is already recoding the soundtrack.

que signifie ce signe des doigts ?
utilisent-ils des logiciels de crétions 3D ayant adoptés le système "main-gauche" (oui je délire et alors) ?
Nonobstant j'aimerais connaitre la signification de ce détail.

Pas du tout, tu as trouvé ! Il s'agit effectivement du signe que l'on utilise pour représenter les 3 dimentions. Symbole de la science, donc de la connaissance, donc de leur groupe ^_^

Visiblement l'apprenti est encore jeune, il fait le signe de la main gauche donc il oriente son espace à l'envers.

Arrêtons de voir le temps comme une référence immuable comme la limite entre le ciel et la mer, (ref AKH) ou...le doigt et le clavier.

Il s'agit bien d'une dimension au même titre que les autres. Et celle ci se modifie!
La preuve en a été faite de multiples fois.

Leur signe devrait donc être fait avec 4 doigts!! Comme quand on joue à "Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock"!!! :)

(oui je re-re-relis cette bd. Parce qu'elle me plaît et que j'ai assez de nouveauté dans ma vie. Parfois un terrain connu se transforme en un oasis de fraîcheur ^^)

Et accessoirement la rêgle de la main gauche (avec les doigts comme ça) permet de se rappeler du sens inductif dans un conducteur ;)
